Travel x Fashion :Nomad Truck ( The wandering Fashion Boutique)

Instagram may very well be the best social network for marketing and gaining viewership for a brand which is why I search the site everyday for cool new creative businesses and entrepreneurs. Last night I came across this awesome innovative  pop up boutique which happens to be in a truck! The Fashion Truck is in reminisce to the food truck craze that happened a few years ago. The Nomad Truck is Free-Spirited space with a collection of funky boho fashion.I can see a certain type of woman who is strong, creative, savvy, intelligent, style-setting, a revolutionary type shopping here.

Nomad is NYC’s wandering fashion boutique offering a handpicked selection of ladies’ fashions from the back of a retrofitted delivery truck.Hop on board to find a carefully curated selection of funky and boho chic fashions plus a variety of locally sourced, handmade jewelry. An avid traveler, music junkie, and of course full-time fashionista, owner Jessie Goldenberg seeks to create an intimate shopping experience that’s a little bit gypsy, a little bit rock ‘n roll.On the road since April of 2013, Nomad is one of the first fashion trucks to service the greater NYC area. She can be found at street fairs, flea markets, colleges, and popping up on the streets of Flatiron, Soho, the Village, Hoboken, and beyond. Nomad also offers private party services, so grab the girls and make a night of it!

Founder/owner of Nomad Truck Jessie Goldenberg was a West Coast girl who went to film school before realizing her ultimate dream was to own a boutique on wheels. “I saw the trend happening out West about a year ago, popping up in Seattle and San Francisco,” Goldenberg says. “Owning my own little shop with local designers was on my list of life things.”

At the Nomad truck you will find  deals on handmade leather bags from Ghana, knuckle rings, floral crop tops with open bow backs ($38) and handmade J. White silkscreen scarves. “I buy at trade shows, brands that have a lower price point, from Ya Los Angeles and Bluebird,” says Goldenberg. “The next step would be to have Nomad branded clothing.” Prices range from $30-$100, though some bags are slightly more.

In February, the Nomad Truck took its talents on road and stopped all up & down the east coast as far as florida! The Nomad Truck was even featured on The Good Morning America show this morning! The Proof is in this post dreamers follow your vision its possible!

Often parked in SoHo and Hoboken, visit for to where the nomad truck is!
